How do I get charged?
Out Nurture is prepaid. You preload your account with any amount, and as touch points go out we draw down that balance at the same rates this calculator uses — nothing is billed after the fact. You can watch the balance, review what each conversation cost, and set spending limits inside the portal.
Is this everything I pay?
This calculator estimates usage — the messages and calls themselves. It sits on top of your Out Nurture plan (see pricing), and there are two small fixed costs: phone numbers rent for about $1.15/month each, and US carriers require a one-time and small monthly A2P registration fee, which we pass through at cost.
Do I pay up front?
Yes — you add funds before any outreach goes out, and usage only ever draws from what you've loaded. If the balance runs out, outreach pauses until you top it up, so there are no surprise overage bills.
Can I get a discount?
