What does Out Nurture do?
It texts your leads for you. A new lead gets a message within seconds, every reply gets answered, and the AI keeps following up until the lead is ready to talk. Then it hands them to your team: a group text with you and the lead, or an email with the whole conversation.
Is this another chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers messages. Out Nurture runs the whole follow-up: it decides what to say, when to text next, and when to bring your team in. There are no sequences, scripts, or follow-up schedules for you to build.
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes. Send leads from anything that can fire a webhook (Meta lead ads, website forms, your CRM’s automations) or upload a CSV. Bring your own Twilio account, or we’ll provide a number.
US carriers require an A2P 10DLC registration before business texting. We file it for you inside the app; carrier approval usually takes a few business days. More on A2P.
How do you handle compliance?
We file your A2P 10DLC carrier registration. You need your leads’ consent to text them. We only text the leads you send us.
Built-in guardrails: follow-ups only go out between 8 AM and 9 PM in each lead’s local time, STOP and other opt-outs are honored automatically, and opted-out leads can’t be texted again from any campaign.
What happens to my lead data?
We store it securely and never sell it. Lead data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the product (our AI model provider and our messaging carrier), never for marketing. To delete your data, email help@outnurture.com.
How does pricing work?
One plan at $25 a month with $5 of usage included. After that, texts are prepaid at 2.5¢ each, AI included. If you bring your own Twilio account, you pay Twilio directly plus 0.5¢ per text. Outreach pauses if your balance runs out, so there are no surprise bills. Estimate your cost.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Billing page in the app. No contract.
Do you issue refunds?
Subscriptions aren’t refunded, but unused prepaid balance can be. Email help@outnurture.com.
