Structurely (21X) vs. Out Nurture: Pricing, AI Calling and Texting
What Structurely, now 21X, does and costs as of October 2026, how its AI texts, calls and hands off leads, where it beats Out Nurture, and why you'd pick one, not both.
Out Nurture Team7 min readStructurely, now called 21X, sells AI agents that text, call and email leads, qualify them, and pass ready ones to a person by live call transfer, a booked appointment or a CRM alert. Out Nurture is narrower: an AI agent that only texts, needs no script, picks its own follow-up timing, and hands ready leads to your salesperson by group text or email summary, for $25 a month plus usage. Structurely facts below come from its own site and help center as of October 12, 2026.
What Structurely is today
Its about page is titled "21X, formerly Structurely" and says the company has built AI conversations for more than 10 years (21X about page), now across voice, SMS, RCS, email and website chat (How 21X works). Mortgage and real estate lead its use cases: qualifying borrowers, collecting documents and transferring calls to loan officers; engaging buyers and sellers, nurturing long-term leads and scheduling showings. It also sells to life insurance, home improvement, sports, private aviation, marketing agencies, and CRMs that embed its AI under their own brand (21X use cases).
The app and help center still say Structurely, and the dashboard is HomeChat. You name the assistant yourself; the help center suggests a gender-neutral name that isn't yours (Structurely help: naming your assistant).
What Structurely costs
Plan prices aren't published. The pricing page shows three plans (Small Team, Large Team, Enterprise), each with a sales button where a price would be. You pay a platform fee plus usage metered in tokens, with no per-seat licenses, at these lowest listed rates (21X pricing):
| Activity | Listed rate | How it's counted |
|---|---|---|
| AI voice | As low as $0.07 per minute | AI call minutes |
| SMS | As low as $0.02 per message | Messages sent and received |
| As low as $0.02 per AI email | AI emails |
The same page says the platform fee covers agent creation, call cadences, CRM integrations, telephony setup, number provisioning and A2P registration. Small Team includes 1.5 support hours a month; Large Team includes 5 and adds multiple teams with permissions, advanced routing, custom webhooks and A/B testing.
How the AI texts, calls and hands off
Text AI and Call AI are separate agents, each with these settings:
- Script: a greeting, a list of qualifying questions the AI will "typically" ask in order, and knowledge bases of questions and answers for FAQs and objections. You can start one by uploading a DOCX or PDF (Text AI guidelines).
- Follow-up schedule: an optional nudge 6 to 12 minutes after the first text, then nurture texts timed from the lead's last reply or set to a day and hour (Nurture campaign). A custom drip can target leads who never answer.
- Calls: inbound and outbound greetings, voicemails after a set number of missed attempts, call cadences, and live transfers routed to an agent or any phone number (Live transfer routing).
- Email: once switched on, the assistant texts and emails every new contact that has both a phone number and an email address (AI email assistant).
- Languages and style: agents switch between English, Spanish and French. By default they also misspell a simple word now and then and send a correction, to seem human; you can turn that off (Text AI advanced settings).
To hand off, Structurely can transfer a live call, book an appointment on a connected Google Calendar (its only direct calendar) or send a scheduling link such as Calendly, alert an agent by push, email or SMS, or tag the lead in the CRM, for example "Structurely: Needs Follow Up" in Follow Up Boss (Google Calendar appointments; Follow Up Boss tags). A second alert fires when an agent-ready lead has waited 30 minutes (Notifications).
The humans in the loop are your own team; the pricing page sells software, onboarding and support hours, not staff who answer leads. To take over, you mute the AI, and replying from the Follow Up Boss app mutes it too. The help center warns that an unmuted AI often can't resume the thread (When to mute the assistant).
Integrations
- Follow Up Boss: a tag enrolls a lead, removing the "Structurely: Active" tag mutes it, and an embedded app lets agents read and reply inside FUB; the guide notes a lead delay of at least 1 minute before the first text (FUB embedded app).
- Salesforce and HubSpot: apps that enroll leads and show and answer the conversation on the record (Salesforce; HubSpot).
- Other CRMs: GoHighLevel, BoomTown and Sierra Interactive, among others, with transcripts written back as notes (Sierra Interactive sync).
- Everything else: forward lead-notification emails to your personal structurely.me address, upload CSV, XLSX or XLS files (lead uploads), use the REST API, or bring your own Twilio account (BYO Twilio).
Compliance
Structurely says it supports consent tracking, DNC suppression, time zone restrictions, call disclosures and recording rules, and is "designed to support TCPA, DNC" policies (How 21X works). Its outbound calls follow FCC and state rules, which the help center summarizes as 8 AM to 9 PM only (AI activity schedule), and default suppression rules stop texts to leads marked not interested. Out Nurture honors STOP and "remove me" at once across every campaign and sends first texts and follow-ups only from 8 AM to 9 PM in the lead's time zone. Out Nurture also files your A2P brand and messaging registration in the app, passing carrier fees through at cost (what A2P 10DLC registration costs and how long it takes).

|---|---|---|
| Channels to leads | Text, AI calls, email | Text only; AI calling is in beta and not available yet |
| Setup | Build each agent: greeting, question list, knowledge bases, nurture timing | No scripts, sequences or workflows; you name the win and who gets ready leads |

What Structurely does better
- Calling: its AI dials, leaves voicemails and transfers a qualified lead to your agent mid-call. Out Nurture's calling is in beta and not open to new customers.
- Email and languages: it emails leads and switches to Spanish or French. Out Nurture doesn't email leads.
- CRM apps: agents in Follow Up Boss, Salesforce or HubSpot can start, read and answer conversations without leaving the record. With Out Nurture you map its webhook events into the CRM yourself.
- Script control: you set the question order and the exact follow-up timing.
- Guided setup: an onboarding team builds agents, numbers and workflows with you (21X pricing).
When Out Nurture is the better fit
- There is no script, question list or follow-up schedule to write; you say what a win is (for example a booked call) and who gets ready leads.
- The price is published: $25 a month plus usage, with no sales call.
- The AI uses every detail sent with the lead: source, interest, notes and custom fields.
- Your salesperson picks up inside a group text with the lead instead of taking a transferred call.
Should you run both?
Pick one. Run both on the same leads and each AI texts from its own number on its own schedule, without seeing what the other said. Splitting the work, with Structurely calling and Out Nurture texting, loses what Structurely gains from owning both channels: its call greetings can draw on the text history, and its texts hold off for an hour after a good call (Call AI greetings; Text AI settings). If you need AI calls or email today, that rules out Out Nurture.
Questions to ask Structurely's sales team
- What is the platform fee for our team, and is there a minimum term?
- Do received texts use tokens too, and what per-message rate will our volume actually get?
- Are carrier registration fees passed through at cost or bundled into the platform fee?
Out Nurture's price, worked through
The Standard plan is $25 a month or $240 a year and includes $5 of usage each month. Texts cost about $0.025 each with the AI included, or $0.005 each plus Twilio's own charges with your own Twilio account. Say you get 300 new leads a month and each conversation runs about 8 texts (an assumption): 2,400 texts is about $60 of usage, plus $25 minus the $5 included, so about $80 a month. The same 2,400 messages at Structurely's lowest listed SMS rate come to $48 before its platform fee. The cost calculator runs this math for your volume.
